In my article at @womensmediacenter today: Epstein survivors are demanding accountability and transparency ahead of AG Pam Bondi’s House Judiciary Committee testimony tomorrow. I interviewed World Without Exploitation national director Lauren Hersh, and V-Day founder and artistic director V (formerly Eve Ensler) who shared their insights on what justice looks like in this moment - and how we can prevent these types of abuses from happening again.

In a letter they sent to Bondi yesterday, survivors stated, “We will not stop until the truth is fully known and every enabler and perpetrator is held accountable.” Read more at link in bio.

Honored to be featured alongside other women leaders in the March issue of Harper’s Bazaar Japan for their “The Future of Leadership” piece.

I reflect on leadership in an age of division, the power of dialogue and empathy, and why the future depends on co-creative, values-driven leadership rooted in connection rather than control. Grateful for the opportunity to share these ideas across cultures. 🌏

Swipe through for some images and translated quotes.  Thanks to @harpersbazaarjapan and writer/interviewer @komakonyc

As we’ve been witnessing an alarming ramp-up in violence, authoritarianism, and attacks on our rights, I felt called to uplift a selection of insights from some of the feminist leaders who attended @feministdotcom’s 30th anniversary salon last month at @GloriaSteinem’s home. I hope their messages and calls to action give us energy, perseverance, and a sense of solidarity for the work ahead.

Thank you @womensmediacenter for highlighting these leading voices and to @gloriasfoundation for hosting our gathering and continuing the tradition of the Talking Circle.

With all the debate and misconceptions about feminism right now — combined with the milestone of Feminist.com`s 30-Year Anniversary — it felt like a fitting time to create this special video episode of my podcast, drawing from my personal archive of interviews with some of the most influential feminists of our time: Gloria Steinem, Anita Hill, Kimberlé Crenshaw, Jane Fonda, and many others. Their insights frame a journey through the past and present of feminism, highlighting defining cultural moments, the movement’s ongoing evolution, and addressing common myths about what feminism really means.

The episode also features: Clara Bingham, LaTosha Brown, Ted Bunch, Jimmy Carter, Jasmine Crockett, Melissa Etheridge, Carol Gilligan, Carol Jenkins, Nicholas Kristof, Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi, Amy Poehler, Cecile Richards, Pamela Shifman, V (formerly Eve Ensler), Jessica Valenti, and Raquel Willis.

This episode was created in partnership with Feminist.com. Watch on Spotify or YouTube at link in bio or listen wherever you get your podcasts.

Stay tuned for more episodes to come, including ones featuring some of the powerful insights shared at Feminist.com`s recent anniversary salon at Gloria Steinem`s.

Sharing some of the wonderful professional photos from Feminist.com's 30-year anniversary event at Gloria Steinem's taken by @giamckenna (more photos at link in bio, and more content from this event coming soon!)

Absolutely epic night at the sacred space of Gloria Steinem`s brownstone celebrating Feminist.com`s 30-year anniversary with an extraordinary group of women changemakers and trailblazers — from Gloria Steinem to Dolores Huerta to Kimberlé Crenshaw and more — all of whom have been a part of my and Feminist.com`s journey and inspired me over the years. This event was a follow up to our first salon on the State of Feminism at Gloria`s back in 2012, and we had a much needed, powerful conversation about why we need feminism today and what we can all do to create a more equitable future. I will be finding many ways to share these insights in various forms soon. We were joined by so many Feminist.com Board and advisory board members past and present, including current Feminist.com Board Susan Celia Swan and Jamia Wilson, who helped plan and facilitate this special event with me. I feel so hopeful, energized, and blessed.

I don`t have the professional photos or video back yet, but these give you a sense of the magic and brilliance in the room. Stay tuned for more photos, video and other content. Thanks to everyone for being there!

I’ve been thinking a lot about Dr. Jane Goodall since her passing last week. In my latest issue of The ShiftMakers Journal on Substack, I share some cherished memories of interviewing Jane and meeting her in person – plus some additional inspiring words of wisdom from the legendary activist that weren’t included in my tribute article at Forbes.

You can read it at link in bio or at MarianneSchnall.Substack.com.
